Terms of Service
GeneralBy commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
When posting the completed artwork on social media or other platforms, proper credit must be given to the artist through a tag or mention whenever possible.PaymentPayment must be made either:
50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or
100% upfront.
Payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
If there are any issues or complications regarding payment, please discuss them with me beforehand.RevisionsRevisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
Once the artwork has moved beyond the sketch phase and into coloring or rendering, major changes or revisions cannot be made.
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the sketch before approving it.Deadlines & DeliveryEstimated completion time is 1–2 months, depending on workload and commission complexity.
A rush fee may be applied for commissions requiring an earlier deadline.
If there are unexpected delays or queue congestion, I will contact you and provide updates.
Final artwork will be delivered through email (Gmail) or social media, depending on your preference.Usage RightsI reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.
I retain the right to post commissioned artwork on my portfolio, social media, commission examples, or promotional materials.
If you would like your commission to remain private, a privacy fee will apply and must be discussed before work begins.Intellectual PropertyThe commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, machine learning models, or similar technologies.Refund PolicyRefunds are not available once work has begun.
If I cancel the commission for any reason, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
A full refund will be provided if work has not yet started.Copyright & Intellectual PropertyThe artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork.
Purchasing a commission does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.
The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation.
The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, minted as NFTs, used for AI training, included in AI datasets, or used in machine learning systems.
Any commercial use of the artwork must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins and may require an additional commercial licensing fee.
